The workshop includes:

• 1 Hour+ Workshop Video with Julie Davis
• Movement modifications for pre/postnatal clients 
• Reformer machine adjustments 
• Core connection education and movement application 
• Moves for pre/postnatal clients in a private or group class setting
• Optional quiz for 2 Niche Continuing Education hours

• All Materials and Quiz Available Immediately

The quiz must be passed with 85% accuracy to receive the continuing education certification.

All Niche Instructors and NIT Certified Instructors must complete a minimum of 12 Hours/ Credits of Continuing Education every 2 years.
