- Common Diagnoses: Learn about spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, stenosis and scoliosis
- Movement Preferences: How symptoms and client feedback inform exercise plans, plus when stretching may not be helpful
- Alignment: Learn proper alignment of the spine to help client minimize low back pain
- Progression: Recognize red flags, safely progress clients and understand when to recommend medical advice
- Why Pilates: The unique benefits of Pilates for back pain and helping clients transition from Physical therapy to Pilates

The quiz must be passed with 85% accuracy to receive the continuing education certification.
All Niche Instructors and NIT Certified Instructors must complete a minimum of 12 Hours/ Credits of Continuing Education every 2 years.
